RETURNS AND REFUNDS
At gardengames.ie we are happy to issue refunds on all eligible items that have been returned within 14 days of delivery. Once an item has been delivered to you, please check the item as soon as your parcels arrive. If, for any reason you are not happy the product, please send an email to email@example.com with your name, order number, date of delivery and reason for your return. This will help us process the refund promptly. Return emails sent without the following information cannot be refunded. While returning an item please ensure the item is in the same condition as it was received. Returns must include all the items and packaging to be eligible for return. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping and packaging while returning the goods to us. A full refund of the value of the goods will be issued upon proof of the items being returned. This Returns Policy is in accordance with The European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013. After returned items have been inspected, we will process the refund. Refunds will be made by us via the method of payment you used to make your online purchase. Refunds will normally be processed within 3-5 working days. If the returned item fails quality inspection, the items will be considered as “In Dispute”. “In Dispute” products are not eligible for refunds or exchange. A reason will be provided as to why the product is in dispute. we are happy to re-ship the item back to your address at the customers’ cost. GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT Damaged goods need to be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to report any damages. We will arrange to have the goods returned and either offer a replacement or refund the price to you. RETURN OF FAULTY GOODS If a product is defective in any way, please arrange to return the item by contacting us at h An acknowledgement or your request to return will be provided. We will either deliver a new one to you or refund you the cost of the product. In some cases, an inspection of the product may be required. A repair or replacement product may be offered. Standard delivery charges will be refunded.
